5Heads Arena VIP provides the benefits shown on our website. VIP does not provide ownership of Rust skins, DLC, Steam items or other digital property.
Recurring VIP is currently £4.99 per month and continues until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals. VIP features may be changed where reasonably necessary for server balance, security, technical changes or abuse prevention.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. 5Heads Arena does not receive or store your full card number, CVC, Steam password or payment credentials.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Refunds will be provided where required by law and may also be issued at our discretion depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Gift VIP is applied to the SteamID64 selected during checkout. The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct SteamID64. Gift VIP is a one-time purchase and does not create a recurring subscription unless clearly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for keeping your Steam account, email account, devices and login credentials secure. 5Heads Arena does not receive or store your Steam password.
To the extent permitted by law, 5Heads Arena is not responsible for unauthorised access or purchases resulting solely from phishing, stolen or shared credentials, malware, password reuse, compromised devices or other security incidents outside our systems. Genuine unauthorised-payment cases will be reviewed fairly.
If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the associated VIP may be removed. The associated Steam account may also be suspended or blacklisted while a payment dispute is investigated.
Knowingly false, fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in a permanent blacklist. Nothing here prevents you from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorised payment.
Buying VIP does not exempt anyone from the server rules. Players may be warned, muted, kicked, suspended or permanently banned for cheating, exploiting, harassment, payment fraud, ban evasion or other serious or repeated rule violations.
Being banned for breaking server rules does not automatically entitle you to a refund, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
We aim to keep the website, server and VIP system available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Downtime may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting or network failures, attacks, Steam outages, Stripe outages or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Steam is used for Steam account authentication. Website and database infrastructure is hosted using Railway.
5Heads Arena is an independent community Rust server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Valve Corporation, Steam, Facepunch Studios, Stripe or Railway.
These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary because of changes to the server, VIP service, payment systems, security requirements or applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK law.
