5Heads Arena only keeps the minimum information required to operate the website and provide VIP. This may include your SteamID64, VIP entitlement or subscription status, relevant Stripe checkout, transaction or subscription identifiers, gift VIP expiry information, basic timestamps and a secure hashed website login session.
Your SteamID64 is required so VIP can be applied to the correct Rust account.
5Heads Arena does not store your Steam password, full payment card number, CVC, payment credentials, phone number or billing details.
Steam handles Steam authentication. Stripe handles payment information and payment processing.
We use this information only where reasonably necessary to provide and manage VIP, link VIP to the correct Steam account, manage subscriptions and gifts, process cancellations, prevent abuse or duplicate purchases, investigate payment disputes and protect the website and server.
We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
The 5Heads Arena website and database are hosted using Railway infrastructure. Steam is used for account authentication and Stripe is used for payments, subscriptions and payment disputes.
Temporary Steam login verification records expire after about 10 minutes. Website login sessions expire after 7 days. Processed Stripe webhook records are normally removed after 7 days. Inactive subscription records and expired gift entitlement records are normally removed after 30 days. Active VIP information is kept while required to provide the service.
You are responsible for securing your own Steam account, email account and devices. 5Heads Arena is not responsible for account compromise caused solely by phishing, stolen credentials, malware, password reuse or another security issue outside our systems, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe a purchase was made without your permission, contact us through our Discord so it can be reviewed.
5Heads Arena uses an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in after Steam authentication. It is used for account functionality and is not used for advertising or behavioural tracking.
